Next time I’ll double the recipe so we can have on noodles one night and the next day serve inside a baguette! We loved the Vietnamese roasted shiitake mushrooms!

Yum. I didn’t have fresh lemon grass so i tried it with a bit of dried lemon grass and just added a a bit of lemon juice for freshness. love it!

Not my favourite so far. There was way too much marinade – I will weigh the ingredients next time. The flavour was quite nice.
