Swiss Buttercream | Plant-Based

This non-dairy buttercream is made with whipped aquafaba and plant-based butter—the end result is a beautifully creamy, yet light and fluffy frosting. You’ll learn the technique of whipping aquafaba to stiff peaks and gradually incorporating cold butter for a stable, pipeable consistency.
