Seitan Manti w/ Non–Dairy Yogurt & Roasted Tomato Oil

Manti is a small dumpling found in many Middle Eastern countries, with the most popular varieties in Afghanistan and Turkey. They are traditionally stuffed with meats, chickpeas or cheese, or topped with yogurt. This plant-based version uses ground seitan and herbs for stuffing, and is topped with non-dairy yogurt and roasted tomato oil.
