Why It’s Healthy: Oranges are high in vitamin C and help boost your immune system while almonds have protein and calcium.

Why It Works for Weight Loss: The ratio of unsaturated fat to protein in almonds, along with their high dietary fiber, helps to reduce hunger and keep you full longer. They are also low in carbs and high in protein. When choosing a snack we recommend keeping calorie counts to 200 or thereabouts, so while this snack has slightly more it also is so high in fiber that the extra calories are less of a concern.
