Bulgur Salad w/ Sautéed Vegetables, Pistachios & Almond Feta

Fine bulgur is mixed with a variety of sautéed vegetables such as zucchini, cauliflower, onions — as well as fried tofu, almond feta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, pistachios, and almond feta. You’ll practice cooking each vegetable separately to achieve even browning while keeping a slight crunch.
