Chef's Notes
This poultry season goes particularly well with this Plant-Based ‘Meat’ Loaf.
Step 1: Preparing the Seasoning
- 3 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried sage
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp marjoram
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
To prepare the seasoning, in small bowl, mix all spices thoroughly.
Store in a sealed container.
