Step 1: Preparing the Catsup
- 3/4 cup sun–dried tomatoes (if not soft, soak in warm water for 30 minutes and drain)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp onion granules
- 3 tbsp agave or date paste
- 1 tsp sea salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
To prepare the catsup, in a food processor, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
If using a high–speed blender you may need to add a splash of water to help blend the ingredients.
