I’m eating cooked rolled oats with a mixture of raw salad for breakfast..or sometime grated carrots nuts and seeds.
Lunch is complete raw vegetables salad with avocado..nuts and seeds.tomato..cut black olives.. zucchini and maybe cucumber with lemon juice over everything
Dinner at night…very small meal cooked…no meat..maybe a small piece of salmon once a month
