Rather than relying solely on coded logic, we can now use AI to intelligently curate and personalize content in ways that adapt more fluidly to your learning journey. What's New in the Relaunch

• Significantly Expanded Content Library We're excited to bring you substantially more instructional content from the Rouxbe Online Culinary School. You'll continue to have access to plant-based cooking and health-focused content—this remains core to who we are. But now, rather than the platform enforcing specific pathways, you'll have the freedom to build your own personalized learning journey from our expanded library.
   
• Our Proven Methodology Remains Swich will continue to teach using Rouxbe's proven technique-over-recipe methodology, because mastering techniques is what transforms you into a confident, capable cook.
   
• AI-Powered Personalization In the coming months, we'll be introducing the ability to map any recipe—whether from our library, your own collection, or newly generated—to cooking techniques. This will deepen your learning and make Swich even more integral to your culinary practice.
   
• Streamlined, Focused Experience We're removing features that no longer align with the relaunched Swich, allowing us to focus our energy on what truly enhances your learning and cooking journey.

To ensure we can continue refining Swich and delivering the modern home cook learning experience you deserve, we're transitioning to a paid subscription model. All existing users will be grandfathered in with one year of free access as our thank you for being part of our journey.
